ASSOCIATE REFERRALS

Private Equity Match provides a referral fee to any Registered Associate assisting us in registering new accredited Investors and any Entrepreneurs or Service Providers purchasing any of our services. We offer all Registered Associates referral fees as follows:

• Referring a new Investor: a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of a new Investor’s initial registration fee.
• Referring a new Entrepreneur and/or Service Provider: a fee of $25.00 for each service purchased.

Associates are paid for all new registrants, who purchase a service and specify the Referral Associate’s Registered Name and Code Number during their registration process.

During the Associate’s registration process, we will ask Associates to select a unique “Name”, which may be your business or personal name, and a “Code Number.” Once submitted and approved, Associates should refer their registered “Name” and “Code Number” to all new prospects in order that the Associate may receive credit for the referral. No referral fee can be given if the Name and Code Number are not used.
